Important Announcement Regarding COVID-19
Posted on 03/17/2020

Dear Patient,

As our office navigates through the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, it has become very important for us to make specific policy and procedure changes so the safety of our staff and patients is assured, and that our office functions with minimal interruptions. Based on recommendations from the Chief Medical Office of Doylestown Hospital and in keeping with current CDC and Health Department we are instituting the following changes immediately:

SOCIAL DISTANCING: The CDC has advised of the use of social distancing to prevent the spreading of the virus.

Our office has also adopted the policy of social distancing and hereby requests that patients refrain from visiting the office unless they are scheduled for their routine OB appointment or seeing a doctor for an emergency. We are requesting that ONLY the patient come into the office, and no additional people, in order to limit everyone’s potential exposure. Please click here to read more on our visitors policy.

Until further notice, we have canceled all routine GYN/well woman visits and will reschedule them to a mutually convenient time at a later date.

For those patients with appointments, we would request that you remain in your car and call us at (215)340-2229 ext. 101, or ext. 102 when you arrive for your appointment. We will call you when the doctor is ready to see you.

FOR ALL PATIENTS: We are requesting that no one come into the office without an appointment. Please contact the office to speak to a nurse to make an appointment if you are having a problem of an urgent or emergent nature. We will fax and/or mail any orders and other information that cannot be done by email.

The health of our staff and patients is of the utmost priority and importance to us. We request your understanding and cooperation through these tough times that we are all going through.

Please don’t hesitate to call our office with any questions or problems you may have.

Stay healthy and safe!
