Posted on 03/19/2020

Hello Expectant Parents,

In light of COVID-19, we’ve all needed to make adjustments to our lifestyles to keep ourselves and others safe. We are sorry we cannot meet in person as we help to prepare you for your upcoming birth and parenting journey, but we are looking forward to you arriving at the VIA Maternity Center, and to welcoming you and your baby into our community.

We remain committed to providing you with education and support, especially during this challenging time. The following are options we can provide immediately and some we will need to contact you when fully developed. All of the programs will be at no cost to you.

Options available for you to get started on your birth and parenting preparation today:

    • YoMingo – Customized Communications (CCI) is providing all of our families free access to their online education. The written materials in our classes are provided by CCI and are current and evidence-based.
      • The link to access is: www2.customizedinc.com/childbirtheducation
      • You will be asked to register with your email address. The email invitation will be from [email protected] Please Note: Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.
      • This program will only be available through May 31. There is a CDC link on their site about COVID-19 and pregnancy.

Live virtual meetings with DH Educators are being developed in the coming days. You will receive an email with details when they become available. Virtual meetings will be available for the following classes:

  • Childbirth Education
  • Breastfeeding Education
  • Parenting and the Newborn
  • Breastfeeding Mother’s Group
  • Open Forum: Monday/Thursday Meet With an Educator

These educational resources will also be available on the Doylestown Health website for your convenience.
