By offering women three months of free membership and childcare, the Central Bucks Family YMCA and Doylestown Women's Health are hoping women will stay active before, during and after pregnancy. Kristina Tinsley is used to being in shape. The 29-year-old Doylestown Township woman has run in marathons and cycled across Asia.
