Appointments
When choosing an OBGYN, we know you want convenient appointment times and flexible appointment schedules. When you schedule an appointment, your appointment time will be reserved specifically for you and our providers do everything possible to keep you on schedule. For your convenience, our office staff will call you 48 hours prior to remind you of arrival time, insurance requirements, and what you need to bring to your appointment. We understand that unforeseen events may occur—so we request that you contact our Doylestown office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance
Doylestown Women’s Health Center staff members are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Since insurance policies differ for various services, we can estimate your coverage but due to the complexities of insurance contracts, cannot guarantee total coverage amount. To determine your eligibility for treatment, please refer to our insurance and billing information or call us at (215) 340-2229. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service, and we will bill insurance companies for the remaining payments.
