At Doylestown Women’s Health Center, all of our physicians are board-certified and are active staff members at Doylestown Hospital. Our all-female team of doctors has been providing services that focus on the importance of women’s health by using cutting edge obstetrical and gynecological care for over 20 years. In fact, our combined team of experts has delivered over 15,000 babies!

Jean O. Fitzgerald, MD, FACOG

Dr Jean FitzgeraldDr. Jean Fitzgerald earned her MD degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield Massachusetts.

Dr. Fitzgerald is Board Certified in OB/GYN by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Member of the North American Menopause Society and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.

She is on the Medical Staff of Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA, She has served multiple terms as Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and continues to serve on key committees of the hospital. She has also served as a Clinical Associate with the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Dr. Fitzgerald has been recognized for her work in the community. She is the recipient of “Bucks County Woman of Achievement” award by the March of Dimes. She has been named a “TOP DOC” multiple times in Suburban Life magazine and Consumer Guide to Healthcare. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Department of Public Health, Gilda’s Club of Delaware Valley and the Central Bucks Family YMCA.

Dr. Fitzgerald enjoys all aspects of OB/GYN care. She has extensive experience in office procedures, including colposcopy, hysteroscopy, and biopsies as well as management of peri-menopause and menopause.

Vivian W. Yeh, MD, FACOG

Vivian W. Yeh, MD, FACOGDr. Yeh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, Pa. and a Medical Degree from Cornell University Medical College in New York, NY. She completed her residency and training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital.

She completed her Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa.

Dr. Yeh is Board Certified in OB/GYN by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is on active, full-time staff at Doylestown Hospital in Doylestown, Pa.

Dr. Yeh started working with women when she was a volunteer with the Peace Corps in Niger, West Africa. The drought made it challenging for a country with few natural resources. Education helped improve mortality, morbidity, and malnutrition in small increments. This experience led Dr. Yeh to pursue a career in medicine upon her return.

Carolyn E. Ianieri, DO

Carolyn E. Ianieri, DO, FACOOGCarolyn Ianieri earned her Bachelor of Science Degree n Biology from Villanova University in Villanova, PA in 1991 and her Medical Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 1995. She completed her Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Ianieri is Board Certified in OB/GYN by the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists and she is a Fellow of both the ACOOG and The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been practicing at Doylestown Women’s Health Center and Doylestown Hospital since July 2000. She is a native to Bucks County and is happy to live and serve in the community where she was raised.

In addition to practicing Obstetrics, Dr. Ianieri is trained and certified in performing minimally invasive daVinci robotic laparoscopic surgery, minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical procedures as well as traditional gynecologic surgical procedures.

Dr. Ianieri has actively served several terms as the OB/GYN Division Chair and as Member of the Medical Executive Committee, Clinical Integration Committee, OR Committee, and the Nominating Committee at Doylestown Hospital. She has a particular interest in reducing cesarean section rates at our hospital. Dr. Ianieri has been named multiple times a “TOP DOC” by Suburban Life Magazine.

In addition to her work, Dr. Ianieri is also a dedicated and proud Mother of four children. She is an avid cheerleader for her active family and is involved in local events that give back to the Community. She is proud to be a part of the Doylestown Health Medical Staff and Community.

Zahra De Four, MD, FACOG

Zahra De Four, MDDr. Zahra De Four was born in Trinidad and Tobago before moving to Washington DC. There, she completed a 6 year combined BS/MD program at Howard University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in biology and received various academic awards throughout medical school.

She completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Abington Jefferson Health in Abington, PA. 

Dr. De Four is Board Certified in OB/GYN by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is on active, full-time staff at Doylestown Hospital in Doylestown, Pa.

Dr. De Four has been trained in Minimally Invasive Robotic Surgery and can offer this to her patients when necessary.

Dr. De Four has an interest in International Medicine and spent time during her residency both in Trinidad and in Guatemala working with local OB/GYN physicians and underserved communities respectively.

Ashley Michener Stranges, CRNP

Ashley-Michener-StrangesAshley Stranges attended DeSales University, Center Valley, PA for her undergraduate and graduate studies. She previously worked in Primary Care as a CRNP for three years before pursuing her passion in Women’s Health.

Ashley is Board Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of the National Nursing Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau International. She is on full active staff at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown. PA.

Ashley is passionate in her belief that providing quality professional care includes a combination of education, guidance and collaboration. She brings that passion when seeing both Gynecologic and Obstetrics patients of all ages.

Giulia Genova Zini, CRNP

Giulia-Genova-ZiniGiulia Genova Zini attended St. Luke’s School of Nursing and Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA for her undergraduate studies in nursing. She then attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA where she earned her Masters Degree in Nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Giulia worked as a Labor and Delivery Nurse for a total of eight years.

Giulia is a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner through the National Certification Corporation (NCC) and is on full active staff at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA.

Giulia strives to provide the best care possible to women in every stage of their lives, including gynecological and obstetrical care. While doing so, she collaborates with her physician colleagues to ensure the safest care is provided.

Maureen Gallagher Borstein, CRNP

Maureen-Gallagher-BorsteinMaureen is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and holds a Masters Degree in Nursing from LaSalle University. She has diverse experience treating women of all ages from adolescence to menopause. Maureen strives to empower women to make their own decisions in their care while providing them with knowledge and guidance.

Prior to joining Doylestown Women’s Health Center, Maureen worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health for six years.

Maureen is passionate about women’s health, with a focus in treating women with vaginitis and post- partum depression. She looks forward to caring for the community she currently resides in.

In her free time, Maureen enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
